ARTISTS' BOOKS & MULTIPLES > Black & Blue: Hearts and Minds: An Artist's Book, 1991

The artists' book "Black & Blue: Hearts and Minds" was created to document a drawing installation of the same name at Franklin Furnace in New York. Between 1990 - 1991 I create four drawing installations entitled "Black & Blue" focusing on the mixed feelings I have about my colonial ancestry.

This book was printed by Brad Freeman and funded by an artists' residency grant from Pyramid Atlantic, Hyattsville, MD.
