Native to Japan, introduced at 1876 Philadelphia Centennial Exposition as beautiful flowering vine. Quiet killer that overwhelms and makes extinct anything in its path forming other worldly landscapes. Grows at a rate of one foot per day, vines as long as 100 feet.
